What an awesome experience! Zlatko in sales made myself, two kids and VERY pregnant wife feel super welcome and not pressured upon arrival. He know his product well and helped us into our next ride that was clearly made ready for its new home with a perfect detail, full service and fuel tank. Easy negotiation to a fair price in the market that took minutes not hours.. A shout out to the manager on duty (a seasoned veteran who was a cool cat and doled out ZERO bs while appraising our trade car. His name is eluding me as I write this post, sorry!) Then Amanda in the Biz Office made it a walk in the park to get the right loan at prime. To top it off, Zlatko put the icing on the cake by bringing the car out to our home the day after finalizing the numbers and financing, because we had delivered a baby girl over night! Gold standard and all around first class. We literally can’t say one negative thing about the entire experience. Thanks Dueck, keep up the good work, we love our new baby limo!
